For Buying Securities/Shares

• - Margin Money to be deposited as an advance payment
• - Invoices/Bills are normally issued on the same day and total payment to be made in next two days through Account Payee Cheque
• - Shares will be transferred to buyer’s BOID (DEMAT Account) after all payment dues are cleared

For Selling Securities/Shares

• - Debit Instruction Slip (DIS) or online EDIS to be submitted by next day of transaction for clearing
• - 20% amount as penalty ( Close Out) of transaction amount will be applicable if DIS could not be cleared on time by the seller
• - For payments Account Payee Cheques are issued from 4th day of transaction
