Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has called its 20th AGM on 28th Ashwin, 2083. The meeting will be held at the Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 a.m. that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 4% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
