Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Proposes 9.5% Dividend; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB) has proposed a 9.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The 230th meeting of the board of directors, held on Ashwin 12, decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 64.82 crore. 6% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.88 crore and a 3.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 2.26 crores have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed after approval by the Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
