Yambaling Hydropower Limited IPO Allotment Concludes: Lucky 1,74,300 Applicants Allotted 10 Units Each via Lottery System

Yambaling Hydropower Limited's IPO allotment was concluded today at the premises of the issue manager, Muktinath Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The company had issued 17,43,000 units as an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public from (16th Baishakh, 2083 to 22nd Baishakh, 2083).
The issued capital of the company is Rs. 70 Crores. Of this, 40%, i.e., 28,00,000 unit shares, will be issued to the public. Out of the total issue capital, 10%, amounting to 7,00,000 unit shares worth Rs. 7 Crores, was allocated to project-affected locals in Sindhupalchok District. The remaining 30% of the issued capital, i.e., 21,00,000 unit shares, will be offered to the general public.
Of this general public issue, 10% of 21,00,000 units, a total of 2,10,000 units, were allotted to Nepalese citizens working abroad. Of the general public issue, 2%, i.e., 42,000 units, have been set aside for the company's employees, and 5% of the total offered shares, i.e., 1,05,000 units, have been reserved for mutual funds. The remaining 17,43,000 units had issued to the general public and allotment concluded today.
The issue received a total of 29,38,082 valid applications for 3,19,56,910 units. Meanwhile, 44,416 applications for 521,320 units were disqualified.
